I'm fairly sure this was done at a rehearsal dinner, which would explain why it's so informal and he can get away with swearing (you really, really shouldn't swear in yours obviously). That said it's really nicely done with a lot of personalised information and charm. Plus it's a great example of riding the laughs in a speech. Watch, listen and learn…

This is pretty great. Shouldn't we make more of the rehearsal dinner? I don't think I've ever really been to one! Been to rehearse the ceremony a few times.

I'm going to throw an elaborate rehearsal dinner when I get married, and Jack Johnson here is totally invited.
