You've got to salute the amount of work that's gone into this production. Plus, it's really funny, which considering we don't know the people means that it's extra good.
What we would say to best men who are thinking of taking this option is that *some people* will feel like it's a bit of a cop-out so try and make it a multi-media speech where you cut from live action to the video. That way you're not completely missing the "speech" element out of your wedding speech.
Also – as with all props – you have to rehearse this in situ. You also MUST MUST MUST have a back-up plan for when the technology inevitably fails because Staggered's Law states that
IF YOU REQUIRE A PIECE OF TECHNOLOGY TO WORK FOR YOUR WEDDING SPEECH, IT WILL BE FINE UP UNTIL THE POINT WHEN IT'S NOT.
'member dat.
With thanks to the adorable Brides Up North for the spot.
