So, what is this building, Bono's outhouse? And the lights are to celebrate his latest doody? I went to see if i could find any interesting light shows, but googling "laser" turned up this piece of "frugal genius" a "cheapy lighter laser burner" this guy made, using things he "found lying around his house". (It's hard to tell whether this video has embedded properly, hence the alternative link.)
