So Valentines' Day right. It's stored in your mind somewhere as a thing maybe about a massacre. Or maybe something about Cupid. Let's be truthful, we don't really know.
What we do want to know though is if you give a hoot. If so, why? Clearly love is in the air in your life at the moment, is Valentines' just a giant heart-shaped pain in the arse, or do you relish it as a chance to snuggle?

OfflineMy thing was, she hated it – as she hates every crass, commercialised non-event dreamed up by Hallmark to sell cardboard.
I'd never really done it, or cared about it, just the odd card here and there, but I was hoping it would feel a bit different with her.
And it does.
I think if you're using Valentine's as your one day a year to show you care, you're probably in the wrong relationship, but if you're seeing it as yet another excuse to spoil each other, you're right, it is.
And don't buy any cards, they're shit and overpriced.
Make her something. Not half-arsed. Put some effort in.
And WEAR SUNSCREEN.
