Write Your Wedding Speech In 10 Mins

One of our most common requests we get at Staggered is from men asking for help on speeches. If you’re struggling to find the right words then you’ll be glad to know that we’ve got a whole series of articles coming up telling you exactly how to write a truly great speech (sign up to the newsletter for more details).

In the meantime though we were interested in a claim that Burn The Toast made to us about their Instant Speech:

We launched the Instant Speech because a lot of men were coming to us and asking for something like it. Basically, there were a lot of blokes who needed either a really good template to base their speech on, or they just wanted a completed speech done very quickly. We’ve had Best Men buy our Best Man Instant Speech and it’s taken them 10 minutes to finish their speech, same for Grooms. We’re not saying it suits everyone but if you’re struggling, this is the place to start.

We like a challenge at Staggered, so we thought we’d put this 10 minute claim to the test. Stopwatches at the ready. GO!

    Thanks for sharing this, I have a friend that is struggling with his wedding speech. Although I’m sure his wife to be would prefer him to be able to write it on his own, I’m sure she realizes that sometimes you need an aid in order to get started… I’m sure he will appreciate my link to this page!
