The O Coach: Coming Too Soon (Part 1)

“Was that it?!”

A pretty common question I get asked is how to overcome premature ejaculation. So I’ve put together this two part training plan for your penis to maximise both your and her pleasure.

Premature ejaculation does matter and it is a disappointment for both men and women. Men often feel embarrassed and as if they have let their partner down. And women feel that their pleasure was given second place and can even feel used, even if she knows her partner didn’t mean to come too soon.

But the good news is that it can be solved and without the use of drugs or lotions. All it takes a little effort and commitment on your part.

So why does it happen anyway?

For the most part it’s the masturbation habits set up in adolescence, where the focus is on relieving sexual tension as quickly as possible. With little time or privacy for self-pleasuring, boys quickly train their bodies to come as quickly as they can. The body learns – get erection – have orgasm with as little time in between as possible.

It’s hardly surprising then, that when they start having sex with a live body, adding the heat of feminine energy that they can’t hold back.

So what can you do about it?

First let’s cover what to do to solve the problem even before you get into bed.

You can’t do better than to look at Tantra for the best, most natural and THE most effective solution to this problem. Ultimately, tantric men can learn to orgasm without ejaculation so this really DOES solve the problem.

First, before even starting to charge up sexual energy, you can work to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. Yes, men have them too, and they should NOT be overlooked.

Start with the urethral sphincter muscles. They are the muscles that control the flow of urine and also cause the penis to “bounce” if contracted when you have an erection. For most men, these muscles are not very strong. So you could start simply by doing, say, 300 contractions every day for several weeks … or months. (Erection is optional when exercising these muscles). Now don’t balk at this. You’d go to the gym to work on you 6 –pack so why not exercise your sexual muscles too?

At the same time, practice improving your breathing by learning to breathe deeply. Focus on pushing your abdomen out with your in breath. Again, most people breathe very fast and shallow and the movement to climax causes breathing to become faster and shallower, so the more you can control your breath, the more control you can exercise over ejaculation.

Now you can add some fun to this and bring this into self-pleasuring. If you can teach your body to come quickly, you can teach it to come slowly. First learn your orgasmic response. Self pleasure until that moment when you know you’re going to have an orgasm, which I call the point of “no return”. Once you have identified this point add this next step.

As you feel yourself reaching that point, and moving towards climax, deepen your breathing and contract and release your pelvic floor muscles – especially the urethral sphincter muscles. Remember “Hands Off” at this point. Try pulling back from climax in this way several times before allowing ejaculation.

Once you have mastered this you’re ready to move this into your lovemaking, but you’ll have to delay your pleasure and wait until the next post for that…
