It’s been another frenzied week in Weddings Land – think Facebook, fashionistas, fairytale honeymoons, cheap flights and a big dollop of royalty.
Wills’n’Kate Update
Don’t go planning a stag do in London on or around April 29th. The Evening Standard has reported rocketing hotel prices in the capital and online flight experts, Skyscanner, have announced that enquiries about UK holidays have increased by 650% in the US. It’s not just overseas visitors who’re planning to descend on London. UK mini breaks company, Superbreak, is flogging royal wedding packages. Already sounds like a recipe for chaos? More fun and games are yet to come, according to The Telegraph, which suggested that protest groups are planning some large-scale riots on the big day. On a fluffier note, The Sun is running a design a royal tea towel competition for readers’ kiddies after it was revealed that “palace killjoys have banned official tea towels marking the Royal Wedding.” Bah humbug! Finally, Wills is reported to be planning three, yes, three stag-dos…
New Routes From easyJet
More cheap flights are on offer from the budget favourites, including Bristol to Fuerteventura and Salzburg, Liverpool to Gibraltar and Manchester to Gothenburg, Hamburg and Palma.
