Have you heard of @newlywedsontjob yet?
It seems like every day there’s a new Twitter story relating to weddings. Only last week we were covering the great story of the tweeting groom and busting our nuts to get an interview with him. New week, new story – this time the story of @newlywedsontjob.
This is the charming tale of a techno-wizard best man who was denied his chance to wind his mate up during the speech and stag-do and has taken revenge by hooking up the newlyweds’ bed to some kind of machinery that will tweet a whole load of information about when they get on t’ job.
It’s all anonymous which just about prevents it from being a police matter, but with the Yorkshire “t’” you wonder if anyone who was recently married in the Leeds or Sheffield area and is due to return to the UK today should take a close look at their best man and see whether he’s smirking a little bit too much.
