So, now you’ve mastered your orgasm on your own it’s time to add a little heat and throw the raw fuel of female energy into the mix.
First of all, make sure throughout your lovemaking that you are focussed on your partner’s pleasure. Keep eye contact and focus on being present for her. Not only is very arousing for women as they crave heart-based connection during lovemaking, but premature ejaculation nearly always occurs when a man isn’t fully present.
Before you allow her to touch your penis, or enter her, make sure she has had at least one or two orgasms first. Then, even if you do come quickly, she will still feel satisfied and honoured.
When you do enter your partner you can use the same tools you learnt in the last blog to delay ejaculation. As you feel yourself moving towards climax, deepen your breathing and contract and release your pelvic floor muscles – especially the urethral sphincter muscles. Try pulling back from climax in this way several times before allowing the ejaculation.
In addition, it will help if you relax and stay present with your partner through eye contact and aware touch and noticing your breathing. This does two things. First, it helps you relax. Moving towards climax, your body will tense, so if you relax it will delay ejaculation. Also, by staying present, you’re are effectively transmuting sexual energy and merging it with your partner without even having to think about it or learn tantric transmutation.
