My best man has recommended Viagra to me for the wedding night to make sure I can impress my new wife. Would you recommend this or is there something else that is a more natural remedy that will help?
Starting out with the intention to “impress” probably isn’t the best foundation for a great relationship or sex life. Also most women aren’t interested in being impressed. Women want to be loved, adored, worshiped and cherished.
Rather than trying to impress your wife, aim to connect with her deeply on an emotional level. For most women, sex is much more about an emotional connection than it is about a huge erection.
Instead make love to her with your heart. Most women need their heart and emotions to be open in order to activate their sexuality. Most men are the opposite, they need sex to activate their deep emotions. What will really impress her is if you learn to open to your deep emotions and connect with her at the heart level before you make any sexual advances.
You do this for yourself before making love with this simple visualization, and if you practice this regularly, you’ll be able to do it instantly.
Imagine your testicles and your heart is connected by a golden thread of light. Visualize energy, or light in your testicles spiraling around. If it helps you can cup your testicles in your hand. As you feel the spiraling energy warm and tingle (and this might feel like sexual arousal) invite this energy to move UP to your heart area.
See your heart as a ball of light that starts to grow and heat up and open as the arousal of your testicles moves up. Breathe the energy up on the in breath and add a contraction of the anus as you breath out. This will hold the energy in your heart. Do this for about 3 – 5 minutes regularly. Not only will this enable you to sustain your erection and intercourse longer before you ejaculate, but your wife will feel the open loving energy of your heart and it is this that will arouse her.
Also rather than having your attention on you and your erection, place all your attention on her. Worship her body. Undress her slowly, as if you were unwrapping a beautiful gift, each layer to be adored more than the last. Caress her from head to toe, run your fingers through her hair. Gently massage her scalp, then down her neck and spine. Slide your fingers along her neck and jaw line, keeping the touch feather light.
Continue to caress her all over her body, slowly, slowly, slowly. Leave the genitals and breasts until the very last, but tease her by caressing near them, and then moving away again.
Focus all your attention on her. Gaze into her eyes. Stay fully present. Pay close attention to how she responds to your touch, and adapt to where she is. Make such a deep connection that you feel what she feels, her excitement becomes your excitement. She will be infected by your excitement too. Breath in unison with her, when she breaths in, you breath in. Breath gives a profound sense of what the other person is feeling.
By connecting to her feelings you can then allow your arousal to build and you can feed this to her at the heart level. This will increase her arousal and the result will be great sex.
